Just had a minor earthquake in Virginia that we felt here in NC.  "Interesting!" 

My wife felt it here in CT. I was doing a turn for the game against John3 and I said...what movement?

Our quakes here are sedate. In the jargon... not much acceleration so damage is usually very low or nil on the east coast.

Shocks go a long way here because it's old crust. But it's not nearly as violent as the West coast quakes.
