Brigade Arty and Brigade Cavalry

In QC, they both look just like all of the other Infantry. Not that that means anything, but there you go.

My questions are; (1) Does BA and BC in QC only cause an increase of 10% to Attack/Defense and that is it? OR

(2) Does BC also cut down on pursuit losses and add to Scouting (like regular Cavalry)?

(3) Does BA also count towards Arty Advantage in Siege, and have that extra kill feature that Arty has in the QC combat?
