pilot lost during unit xfer lockup

I had this error again where I lost a pilot when I transferred a squadron & the game locked up. I'm playing ver 2.2 & was told this should have been fixed in a previous version. I tried like last time to recreate with same unit with reloaded game but didn't lose pilot so lockup didn't reoccur. I had to cntl-alt-del to exit & restart game.

I've seen it twice in the current campaign I'm running. I think that the unit leaders were lost both times during transfer, and the game locked up.

Yes that's who was lost both times for me just different units, just thought it was fixed in a previous version.
