This is a graph of my current  US sqn allocation for forward deployed  vs dedicated training. All training units will be harvested later. Training is occurring w/ some deployed units.
I have read in the treads the allies recieve alot of planes later in the game. I ponder if there a current consensus rule of thumb for a ratio of deployed to training units.

Looks like the 53rd IJA division is loading on an amphib tf. Also it is planing for Andaman. Takes about 3 days to get from singapore to lil andaman by ship. So I figured from turn 496 add about 5 days.

43-5-6:  Lil Andaman is airfield suppressed again..Massive IJAAF air bombardment.  No current chance to reinforce w/ ftr air.

All naval ftr air has upgraded to the f6f-3.

Allied low naval is in effect around Solomans/NG.  IJN is not making any moves in this area.  Lst convoy soon to arrive in area will provide beefed up amphib ability.

False flag Allied landing force currently operating in the Java area.  Waiting for opportunity to come ashore if the IJA goes after Lil Andaman.

Central china the IJA has split his army.  I have a 4-1 AV advantage infront of CK against a 4div jap army.  Killer stack has a 1.5AV to 1 attack ability stuck in the mountain SW of CK.

Sadly, the IJA continues to push into area SW of CK. This was a 2000AV chinese army in the mountains. Supply is killing me.

IJN is using the fleet subs w/air to recon my forward resupply bases.  3 turns ago one was off Sydney which I think I sunk.  Now one is off Pago and another is operating in around DH. I Know this is normal.  I dont want him to spot my CV fleet buildup as i suspect he is in for a nasty surprise unless he spots my CVs.  My Kiwi/AUS ASW has been very effective at shutting FatR down,  well I hope it has.  Took me six months to get the crews trained up in ASW.

5-16-43: today the 7th fleet moved on Lunga.  To begin with it appears we took FatR by complete surprise as his betties died like a flock of geese headed into a hunters nest.  My P40 LRCAP did some good hunting. Not any aces here but this will help in kill accumulation.

here is a look at the numbers. Most of this sqn came down from the NE. In another mission of 54 planes (probably from shortland) did catch my mine layers 3 hexes west of ndeni and sank a CM. Pisser. Missed a button command to follow the main invasion TF w/ air cover.

In other operations my Indian ocean fleet is in prep for a landing around Java.  I dont have air cover for this fleet and am probing the japs for a landing site. I really dont expect to go ashore but I will if I get an opening.

Appears the IJN light SAG at shortlands will be able to enter action on the next turn.  The heavy BB SAG is 2 days sail from lunga.  naval search shows no CVs closer than Rabaul.  So I have one day of free landings....After one day the 7th Fleet may have a problem. Hummm, where is that allied CV fleet???
