Cannot support full screen.

I have a new copy of Harpoon Ultimate Edition. Whenever I try to load anything other than Harpoon Commanders Edition, and then set it to full screen instead of windowed mode, it will try several times to load before failing and then loading in a windowed mode instead. It says:

Unable to initialize 1280x1024 full-screen display mode
Unsupported Color Depth
Unable to initialize 1120x840 full-screen display mode
Successfully initailized 960x720 full screen display mode

But it remains in a windowed mode. Is there any way to make to I can use full screen on the game?

You can try updating your video drivers and tinkering with using 16-bit color depth on your Windows display settings instead of 32-bit. Windowed mode probably is your best bet though, adjust the resolution with the H3Launcher.exe in the game directory. Go to the "Video and Sound options" tab and set the resolution you desire.

Thank you for your help. I have figured out how to get it to play full screen. My new problem is that when I alt-tab out to look at something in the manual, after I get back in I cannot use the mouse. Can you or anyone else help me with this?
