Assistance Requested - JTCS Won't Install

Good day all, I have the JTCS comprehensive disk from Matrix. I am trying to install it on my new Laptop (HP running Windows 7).

The installation is constantly stopping on a file called Rising Sun/6rsintro/smk with the following error message"

john tiller campaign series a decompression error has occurred (#6)

When I click retry, the installation just locks up.

Any ideas of what to do?

That is the Rising Sun intro video file.
Maybe Jason can help.

Of note, I just clicked ignore and the installation has continued. Will this affect the game at all?

No, it won't. It is merely the introduction video file.
