Directive 21 sceario imbalnce

I am playing the newest OAW III update--Directive 21, 1941-1945 scenario. Playing as the Axis, the Soviets have ground the Wehrmacht to almost complete halt in mid-September 1941 especially at the Dneipr River crossings. Reinforcements don't arrive because arrival hexes are not captured yet! There are more Soviet troops than Axis and are counterattacking everywhere. The game is badly unbalanced.

make sure you've got the latest version for D21. Contact sPzAbt653 (one of the designers) to enquire about the latest 3.4 adapted version. And remember; 'we have to hack our way through'.

If you are referring to the river crossings south of Kiev, try looking at the historical Axis encirclement of Kiev and where the Axis crossed, HINT! I tried to incorporate some history into the scenario.
Oberst_Klink is correct there is a later version you can get from Steve Sill's web site, but it is probably a little harder than the version that came with the patch. At least until a future version. [;)] It is probably better to post comments in the D21 2.0 thread on this forum to make sure all your questions are answered.
