air units move

I moved some air units and bases forward at end of turn 1.At start of turn 2 was unable to do any air missions?[&:]

Recon missins work ok if ai does it,bomb units not working when I have bombers 2 hexes from target keep getting pop up "bomber aircraft unavailable or out of range".Supply is ok,% of missions at 0[&:]

Ok didnt realize mp's of air units count towards miles flown.
