Campaign summary to date
A very deliberate Axis advance has meant minimal losses to Soviet ground forces outside of the Bialystok-Lvov pockets.   The panzer spearheads seem chronically short of fuel and there are no indications that the Luftwaffe is flying resupply missions.  Air recon on the part of the enemy has been very modest, and as a result there have been almost no losses suffered as a result of interdiction.  NKVD Border Regiments disbanded on turns 3-5 at a rate of 6/4/7.  Rolypoly has left little to offer in terms of available units to cut off because the panzers aren't getting far ahead of themselves.  An attempt to cross the Dnepr near Mogilev-Smolensk is likely coming in the next week or so as the German infantry is arriving in force.  The Rzhev-Kaluga Line which is the first defensive belt for Moscow continues to be built up.  Organizationally, most marginal army commanders have been replaced.  Southwestern Front will need considerable attention next week to reorganize the many divisions that have fallen under front command.  Factory evacuations are 1/3 complete and ahead of schedule while squarely focused on armaments.  I'm still targeting a minimum of 154 arms that will leave no more than 50 for the fascists.

Rolypoly has a touch of the flu, so this took a bit longer than normal to get.

In the north, 4. PanzerGruppe pushes through the Luga Line in the west.  There are still no significant concentrations of enemy infantry up yet.   Center, the enemy forces his way into Smolensk and threatens to outflank Western Front along the Dnepr with 4. Armee in trail now just west of Smolensk.  3. PanzerGruppe  pushes east of Velikie Luki while 16. Armee of AGN establishes a north-south line that is west of the Valdai Hills.  In the south, 1. PanzerGruppe is concentrated on its drive on Kiev with 6. Armee not far behind.  11. Armee of ArmeeGruppe Sud also pushing infantry forces east on a parallel axis of advance.
