resources for scenario design?

Combat Command is Boku Strategy Games World War II operational game. strategy games played warfare on a hex playing field with turn-based game play utilizing company-sized units. Game design aspects include turn phases, combat resolution, unit design, scenarios and artificial intelligence.

resources for scenario design?

The scenario editor is a great feature. But what slows me down is trying to figure out what values to give each unit. Are there any online resources that might help? I'm thinking here of OOBs and comparison charts for vehicles/artillery/equipment. Also, an OOB import option would be really handy . . .

Look at the standard scenarios and use those figures as a guideline.
 
After testing you might tweak the figures a bit.
