No rest for the weary

An air group in Lae has had the same 20 fatigue for at least 6 turns that I know of. There is sufficient supplies, sufficient air support and 134 base support out of 137 needed. They have been on training 0 for all this time, no training or scouting. The other air groups (1 bomber and 1 fighter) recover from fatigue as they should but this one bomber group just stays the same.:(
