How are you doing on factory evacuations?  Kharkov and Rostov are yours but may not be much longer.  Hopefully he hasn't locked down a lot of arms factories in Tula.  What's the armaments production look like?  Under 1.05, arms evacuations are a priority for me and my goal is to have at least 150 out by the end of week 13.

Here's my moves. I couldn't rail so many troops around because of the industry evacuation so I expect Far to make substantial gains
in territory next turn. I thought I'd include an overlay to show the Axis attacks.

Great AAR Larry. Like the way you've animated the before and after moves, very neat, and packed with info. Your opponent looks formidable!!

Don't bother with the Su-2 factory. It goes out of production pretty soon anyway, and it's not a great plane. That factory will be so damaged, it won't produce anything anyway.

Moving only 1 T-34 will hurt in the short-run, but not matter at all in the long-run

Sorry, M60, dude. I missed your post earlier. Lemme grab a screenshot of the production for you and post it here.

That's my opinion of the plane as well. I'm flying them but only because I can't upgrade to something else better right now.

I thought so too. I'm really missing those T-34's but I'd rather have moved a seed for the factory rather than loose them all.

Thanks for your kind words. I'm learning really quick that Far is one of the better players. At least compared to me he is. I'm learning a lot.

Here's all the Soviet cities that are still producing Armaments for the Motherland. And Tula is still on the list for some reason.

Tula is still listed because you control it, just like Stalino.  But you stand to lose both that total 46 arms without being able to evacuate the factories unless you can push the adjacent Axis units off.   And then Moscow, Rostov and Kharkov with their 50 arms factories will be front line cities soon.  I'd say you're 2-3 weeks behind on the evacuations of arms.  You really need to make them the priority under these new rules, understanding it's still desirable to get at least the one tank factory from Leningrad & Kharkov.  Vehicles and HI simply need to be sacrificed.

How in the world did I get so far behind in railing stuff out?  I guess I wasn't paying enough attention to where the Panzers were going.  I clicked on the "industry" button to turn the industry spots red and everything.  Oh well, war is a mystery.

There is a north prong and a south prong to the multi-prong Axis attack on Moscow. This is a picture of the north prong. I'm planning on
moving all the airports toward the east to get them out of harms way.....maybe leaving one behind to do air supply in case somebody
actually surrounds the city. I'm hoping I can isolate and glom some units around the SS Panzer closest to Moscow. Otherwise, I'm going
to try to do some MEGA troop movements to better position my assets. I might ought to have given some thought to building some forts
around Moscow and it may not be too late to do so now. What do you guys think I should do about the forts?

Here's the south prong of the multi-prong attack on Moscow. I'm undecided what to do in this case. I'm going to mull it over some
more and maybe try to cut-off and destroy those Axis units around Tula.

Here's the situation near Leningrad. As you all know the city itself has fallen already and now the Finns are released and there's not
much to defend around the northern reaches of the country so I'm planning on trying to hold onto the blue line and the red line in the
picture with a handful of armies and rail out the 8th Army to places that need them more. Like Moscow. And if I have to pull back in this
area then it's no biggie.

Here's all the rail cap. I have left railing out a few items from Moscow while I still can.

I thought maybe I'd have a use for those P-2R recon planes later on during the end game phase.

This is me trying to kill those Axis units near Tula. I managed to retreat them into the same hex and then it was dog pile on the
rabbit for about 7 battles and it was no go from the start. Those Axis units are just too strong for me to do much with. They
will probably be saved by Far when it's his turn next.

Far has lost over 400+ AFV's this turn. I was surprised to find that not a single one of them were lost in my attacks near Tula.
