Post by Tatoune »

Sorry for the dumb question but how can i evacuate MacArthur if he's (r)?

And what about all the planes? by withdraw/disband? (a bit unfair no?)

I'm very confused and need help !

You can't, only certain planes can you can see from the top left to switch their commands, the fighters you can't, bombers and seaplanes you can.

Might depend on the mod or the patch, I have been able to fly my P40's into China in the past, definately can move the Bombers and patrols.

Yep, check the commands to see what can be done.

Don't forget that DD is a twin. One sits in Manila and the other appears in Brisbane at the appropriate time even if the first is still alive and well in the PI.

So you don't need to evacuate him. Then of course, the question is why would anyone want to? [:D]

Ok, so for MacArthur it's done automatically? lol, kind of a releive then.

All the others should be done with PPs? right?

It costs PPs to replace commanders with other commanders. This is a version of 'evacuation' for commanding officers.

Any air or ground units with yellow lettering of their HQ attachment on their respective info screen can be reassigned to a different HQ for a PP cost.
