Apparently Arsenal forgot to buy a defense this off season. [8|]

RE: THE THREAD!!!
I have some sympathy with Wenger - every World Class player is overpriced - but he really needs to start playing with the same reality as everyone else if he wants to attract and keep the sort of players that will keep Arsenal as a big club...

WOOHOO! Richard B. Frank's 'Downfall' arrived. And a Google Sketch-up book (work related). Yet Amazon teases me Louis Allen's 'Burma: The longest War' has not shipped.

This is one Czech that doesn't bounce.

Darn, I just got a phone call from my sister up north. It seems that their dog got injured during an elk hunt earlier today and had to be sent on into dog heaven. My sister and nieces are of course unconsolable. God how I loved that dog. Apart from being a virtual hunting machine in the woods, when around people she was one of the most social and kind dogs I've ever met.
May you rest in peace Isa. [:(]
Sorry to hear. It gets easier over time...until you get reminded....then time isn't enough. It sucks. I got reminded yesterday. But it does ultimately get easier.
log!
monday morning amusement. Love the two new threads on the scen design forum regarding correcting airframe research and Gun Accuracy. I'd post but i'd get labeled a heretic and a Debbie Downer......that being, "its not going to work"
I can say this BECAUSE ITS NOT OPEN TO DEBATE! [:D]
Kidding. really. From my own experience i've finally been able to break my own reluctance to customize specific device situations and break the linear relationship of the mechanics and produce some (so far) more balanced and realisitic outcomes (within reason). Definately a heretic's approach but after 10 years with this game i think i'm allowed. Besides which....its fun. [:D]

RE: THE THREAD!!!
If the animal eats too much of an expanding/gas causing materials it can distend the stomach to the point of rupture.....or more likely cause the intenstines to twist and explode. This almost happened to our dog Chase....who'd gotten into a feed room and gorged himself on grain, sweet feed, a bunch of carrots and a bag of rubber bands.
He was in so much pain while we were racing to the Vet it was heart wrenching. They had to do emergency surgury to clear his stomach and part of the intenstine. 6000 grand operation. Fortunately daddy had big pockets and was fond of the dog. As it was it was a 50/50 chance of success given his age at the time.

Thanks bud. I feel much better.[:)]
Bu then during lunch today. I discover the kitchen circuit breaker is hashed. If anyone wants to know why one never puts the refrigerator on the same circuit as the rest of the kitchen. I can answer. That it'll work; but only for thirteen years.
Thankfully I have two other refrigerators. Untilths situattion is rectified.
I'm suprised there is no rain cloud following me around.[:'(]
