Two questions about Possum 5.0

Greetings,

Last time I played this version of the better-than-original WiR, I noticed that there is in Norway (upper left corner of map) two odd things. First there is an invisible city called "dummy" which gives resources and oil to the Soviet side.

Then there is a German HQ named "dummy SS" which holds the LG-3 airgroup. Why are they there?
"Paska Taikuri"? Because in finnish, that is what I'm at SP: WaW. A shitty magician.

Oh my, two errors to correct!
Thank you for bringing theses to my attention.
The Dummy HQ is an unused HQ slot, so ignore it
The Blank city in norway is again another unused City slot, so again ignore it.
What LG-3 is doing in the Dummy HQ, I've no idea, it should be located in the African/Italian theater HQ.
