Another status update...

Post by Marshall Ellis »

Hey guys:

I'm in between trips right now and wanted to drop a quick note and let you know that we are planning the general release of 1.08! The production version will be 1.08.07 and we ar currently trying to get the patch built as a stand-alone version so that you do not have to upgrade 3-4 times to get to the latest version. Things are a little crazy busy right now but the coding is done and has been for a while! We just simply need to change the installer a bit more. I am beginning work on 1.09.

Anyway, I do not have an ETA for the general release yet but will keep you posted!

Thank you

I've pinged both Andrew and Erik to try to get this thing out the door. It should not take this long??

For players waiting for the "official" patch, I'd recommend going ahead and using the v1.08.07 public beta. The only difference with the official release should be that it becomes a stand-alone comprehensive patch. Matrix has other priorities with its newer releases but hopefully they'll get around to good 'ole EiA soon.

does this patch solve the problem of income or reinforcements not showing up for some minor free states?

marshall, we are playtesting the latest publiuc beta and have found numerous bugs and things we can't explain. I have posted some of the questions to the TECH support forum. Can you take a look and comment?
