2 FBD questions

I'm finishing up my 2nd turn in the GC as Germany.

1. I gathered from reading the forums the German starts with 5 FBD units, but I've only been able to locate 4, 1 in the north, 2 in the center, and 1 in the south. Are there 5, or does one come in as a reinforcement soon?

2. The FBD in the south, 1 hex east of Lvov shows 11 mps left, and is on a hex controlled by Germany, as are all with 5 hexes around him. Yet the repair button doesn't light up with a number showing. The hex is connected by repaired or under repair all the way to the border to the north of it. Why?

1. The last one is down in Romania and will activate on turn 3 with 11th Army. (purple guys)

Thank you kindly. I just flipped over to turn 3 and figured out about why the FBD didn't work. All is good now.

Check the rail lines and make sure that they connect back to Germany. There may be a rail hex NorthWest of Lvov that needs to be converted to connect up to the rail line you are working on. I have had the same thing happen and traced it to the hex where the rail line dips into Soviet territory before going back up into Axis territory.
