Steel Panthers Question w/ Windows 7

Post by SGT ROCK5 »

Just installed "Steel Panthers world at war" on Windows 7 Pro, and when I enter the game the game menu has weird
color sceme....When I enter a battle or campaign map, the colors seem to be ok, except for the smoke details, which have a blue/pink color...

I can't find any way to change the color on my computer (like back to 16bit)....Is there anyway to fix this so I can read the menu and not have strange smoke in games?

Sgt Rock go to howtogeek site and checkout how to run XP on Win 7. You will also need Windows 7 Guarenteed fix (for color prob) from Matrix games forums. It (fix) will not cure color problem when using XP on win 7 even on compatible mode. It will fix it when running on XP mode and VM. HTH

Sorry I didn't post URLs I don't know how to get them from 'Favorites" to message......[:o]

Sgt Rock You also need to have the updated SPwaw 8.403 version for the color fix to work properly, available at SPwaw Depot.
