Can't create .jpg or .avi map in PBEM

I am trying to create a .jpg map using the File-->Create .jpg map option in a PBEM game but nothing happens. Anyone else having the same issue?

I haven't tried that so I don't know the answer. I use the 'print screen' button on the keyboard to grab a screenshot, and to get a shot of the entire map I turn 'movies on' and hide all the units then end the turn and then find the map in the 'saved' folder.
