He likes playing Germans and is talking up his side to get even more bias toward it in the coming updates.

He`a a Superb Player who understands logistics is the key, as well as "gaming" the MP system.

That`s really OK ![:)]

Personally, I would very much like to see him play the Soviets in a `41 GC against a good Axis player. That should tell us a lot about how balanced 1.5xxx is .[;)]

Well, but he didn't get to Irkutsk so he might have a point [:D]

Jokes aside, Pelton IS an excellent Axis player. I really don't know what he wants (don't tell me he wants to bag Irkutsk and then Vladivostok too) [:)]

He certainly is a good player, I am just questioning his personal integrity. I mean, you have 9:1 victory to loss ratio as German, and YET YOU COMPLAIN AXIS IS TOO WEAK????

I just don't get that logic.

Of course, I may have misunderstood what Pelton meant by 9:1:1.... [:'(]

I don't think that would tell us anything about balance but it would sure be fun. [:D] I'd like to try playing Pelton as Axis, with him as Sovs though... I am certainly not Axis expert, not even close.

However that's beside the point, I was just wondering what the heck he complains about if he wins all the time with his favorite team?

I think it's unfair that we hijacked the thread like this, Michael I apologize [&o]

Why should Pelton play as Soviets? That would be like making a Retiarius trade equipment with a Thracian and then they'd fight.

I'd like to see Pelton throw the net just a little bit wider, so that it includes cities either between Leningrad and Moscow or Voronesh and Moscow, Moscow optional in both cases.

Michael T certainly has a devastating opening in the south and center; he managed to take Minsk on T1 and is 1/2 to Kiev on T2 with most of the SW army surrounded. I am not yet losing by my incompetence as I have not yet had the chance to screw things up - I am a passive observer so far. Howvere, I have managed to evacuate all threatened armaments on T2 (Mogilev, Kiev, etc). So, so far I am winning the armament race....not anything else.

FWIW I am 12-0 as both Axis and Soviet in server games. But only a few made it in to 1942. I think Marquo is going to make my 13th a much tougher proposition [:)]

How many of them were German? All were 41 GC I presume?

All 41 GC. 7 German, 5 Soviet. But some only went 9 or 10 turns.

Personally, I think it is a bit ridiculous that the game even allows for this to be logistically possible. Still, your opponent plainly messed up rather badly.
