Installing DW + Expansions

I know some updates to DW are DW only.
So I installed DW version 1.0 thinking if installing RotS needed a higher version of DW to install, it would let me know. It installed fine and I upgraded RotS to the latest version.

Is that the correct way to install?

How will installing DW + RotS + Legends work?

Hi Mbar, that's absolutely fine, as ROTS will install on top of any version of DW and update it to the base ROTS release level. Legends will install on top of DW + ROTS in the same way.

I am sure before DW 2 we'll get a single nice dvd with the original game and its all 3 ...or 4 [;)] expansions included. 'Distant Worlds Ultimate'

mmm ... neat special packaging, some fine art, etc. ..Or maybe... we'll have DW 2 right after Legends. Either way, can't complain as long as the series gets updated now and then.

Best 4x space strategy game on earth in my humble opinion.

I own them all, and this is the one hurting my grades at College, so.. Keep up the good work! You bet i'll be watching for Eric's work in the future, too.
