Intelligence Mod ?

Has anyone developed a mod where the US doesn't have such a huge intelligence advantage ? Basically no Magic ?
If not, is this possible or is it buried within the code ?

Buried in the code. If it's any consolation, they do not get the amount of definitive Intel that they got in real life.
