Resolution Question with Update

Resolution Question with Update

I am noticing that when you move off the game screen to the purchase or upgrade screen, my monitor flashes bright white before making the change to the new screen. This has only become an issue with the new update. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Well for what it's worth in case someone else experienced this, when I took the game out of "windowed" mode, the flashing phenomena stopped....
