Unit Stats Spreadsheet

Post by Justus2 »

I am sorry if I missed somewhere obvious (wouldn't be the first time!) but is there a spreadsheet or chart somewhere with all the unit stats that I can download/print?? Makes it much easier to plan out my forces. Thanks!
Just when I get the hang of a game, I buy two more... :)

The equipment file is in the data folder for the game. It has nearly 700 units with many stats so is a massive file! It can be opened as a csv.

Try downloading Notepad++, which is free. I couldn't mod without it  [;)]

Opening the equipment file with Microsoft Excel organizes it into a nice and legible table.

Personally, I prefer to look at the equipment file with a GUI though.

(Start a scenario, turn on 'all eqp' cheat and then browse through the units) ;)

I was looking for the same thing, and after a few days brwsing on the web, found a link in a Slitherine forum, which lists all of the units in a PDF format in a really nice table. It is 17 pages long!!!

It has all of the stats for all of the units in the game, both Allied and German.

I will attach the link to the file here but if that does not work, PM me and I will send the document to you.

I have put it on my Ipad using Goodreader, so is always handy when I play.

Please note that was made with 1.00 version.
With 1.04 some of the values were changed.
I'll try to update it to 1.04 version, in one of these dats. I'll post it here.

This is a very good spreadsheet. I was hoping you would update it!

I have a few suggestions;

1. Move the SE units near similar units (SE infantry next to the regular infantry so you can see the difference). One of the SE infantry units is on page 2 by itselt
2. I would add nationality. Some of the units in the data base are not obvious.
3. Can you add when the unit is available?

Thanks!

Ok, here's one updated pdf.
I've added most of the columns, but as far to sort it, I've done through flag and then through name type.
Other type of sort, like the one suggested by IndyShark, would take a lot of time, because I would have to do it manually.
Anyway it took me already sometime, I'm far from being an Excel expert. But if anyone want the spreadsheet I'll give it.
Here's the link for a friendly PDF file.
