I changed my regime to the Sun Empire because I have a feeling that the placement routine for the regimes is hard wired to plop the 1st regime into the bottm left corner. I don't want to start there.

Great news, we got a taker. I'm going to run on of my usual 1/2 a55ed AAR's since we are allies and it might be fun for others to look at. Look for it over in the AAR forum.
