missing HQs

In a current Pbem game I have noticed that the HQ's for the 2nd and 38th Divisions haven't shown up, nor are they listed as scheduled to arrive. I am certain I haven't missed them, and in fact my ground unit losses are very low 31 points.

As an aside, I am finding that it is nearly impossible to use the fast transport feature with a single ship -- what happens is that despite choosing a single unit you want to load, another unit is shown in its place. If you click on this unit in the ship's display box, it shows up with no assets. When you return to the loading menu to see if the right unit is in fact loading, nothing appears to be loading. I am forced to use regular transport on a regular basis when I would prefer fast because of this.

It might help Matrix/2by3 if you told them which scenario the 2nd & 38th Divisions HQ's haven't shown up in. BTW have any units belonging to those two divisions show up or scheduled to arrive?
