Can't install patch!!

Not sure if I need to post this here or on the members download site, so I'll do both. I can't install the patch. The download completes with no problem, however when I run it I get the message "Archive integrity check failed. Setup file is not complete, possibly due to incomplete download or corrupted file".

I've downloaded the patch twice, just in case it was a dodgy download but same problem. Any ideas guys?

Hi,

the size of the download should be 149,608 KB. If it's less than that, for some reason the file is being truncated during the download.

Hmm. Only got 104Mb. Any idea why is coming up short? It seems to download to completion, no noticeable sudden drop in time left.

No idea, Ctaardvark. I'd try to download the patch with a different browser. I use Chrome and I haven't got any kind of bogus downloads so far.

I too use Chrome, but I'll fire up IE and see what happens.

I had two failed attempts to download it, but the third attempt succeeded.

I think the first two times I browsed the Matrix site while downloading, and that interfered with the download.

Tried again and got it this time. I think the browsing around the site was causing the problems. Thanks guys...off to Hofen.
