error in spww version 4.0 ?

THat is usually caused by a conflict with either the version of Directx you are using, or the way your vid card is using directx (your driver). IT can also be caused by harware acceration.

Try Dx 8, with the latest vidio drivers for your card and the hardware acceleration turned down
