Supernova with Steam

Not sure this post should be here but bear with me please.

I purchased Armada 2526 on Steam. Since they do not have Supernova (yet) would there be a way of buying Supernova direct from Matrix but getting it to play with my 2526 on Steam?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.
