I love the legendary pirates. And they love living off me.

Edit: my luvly picks detailing the legendary pirate's forward party, followed up by their main force did not load, despite loading.....next time. must dash

Do they come back?
If I destroy their base (they are really a problem for quite some of my systems), will new legendary pirates pop up somewhere else?
