There should be some way to either expand a box (probably hard)
or perhaps when you hover/ over the item it should give you the text at the top of the screen
Or when you click on it above the change value it should show you wants the says and what the current value is.

Did you try enlarging the screen resolution? (yes i know this would be a work-around)

Yea i already run full screen at 1920x1280

This rulevar listbox will be scaled to the width of the screen in v2.10.
