Yes.
Germany's unforgivable crime before the Second World War was her attempt to extricate her economy from the world's trading system and to create her own exchange mechanism which would deny world finance its opportunity to profit.

Well, I do *have* WiF4E. When the Matrix version is close to publication I'll likely preorder. Otherwise, no room in the house. The boys are like helium. They immediately fill up any space into which they're released. [8D]

I am secretly a Chinese fanboy.

Oh dear. I hope I haven't overshared.

A Chinese "ace" is any pilot who makes it to 40 experience in one lifetime. A Chinese top of the line fighter has fabric wings and was given away to charity by the Russians in 1928.

A Chinese "Army" has 3000 men, half of whom can't use chopsticks and one quarter of whom are not toilet trained.

Then there is the Chinese economy. I always accelerate the construction of the undergound bean curd plant in Chengtu. Ahhh...good times.
They grow underground beans in Chengtu? [X(]

Well then, I will have to start reading the WiFFE rules! Then figure out how to use Vassal. Do they have Adv 3rd Reich or Totaler Krieg there? If they did, I'd be able to contribute alot faster, what with knowing the rules already.

I havent searched for those 2 yet & they are on the "to do" list....in about 20 years. [:'(] Plus Hogmutt is lucky that he cant go to California to "get to me";

He's got nothing else to do. Sometimes I delete two or more of sock puppets a day. If I could get my hands on him I would kick the shit out of him.

There is no way in hades Slaak is ever getting back on this board. It aint gonna happen. Slaak should be thankful he lives in California, where I can't get to him.

We're *all* Californians *now.*

OK. Honestly, I have no idea wtf that means but "There is no 'I' in 'team' but there is an 'I' in 'meat pie.'" was already used.

Both sides are masocist in the grand campaign. The allies for the 1st 10 months. Then the JFB's . (If they keep playing....they rarely do). The major difference seems to be in the degree they like "micro management". AFB's have to "micro mangage a lot. JFB's Micro manage to an extreme.

What we really need is a lot more small campaigns. In those it really doesn't matter who you play.

Maybe they can do a spin-off game "Factory Manager in the Pacific" for those who don't want all those pesky interferring "combat moments". [:D]

In the old GGPW, I always liked playing the Japanese, and the Allies through mid-1943. For me the fun was in seeing how much of Allied combat power you could salvage before it was all isolated, and have these guys waiting in case the Axis player tried to overreach.

On a slightly off-topic note, is there a place where you can find dedicated AARs for games played using the 2-day turn cycle? Are there any "classics" AARs for the 2-day cycle game?

Hmmm...hard to choose. I think I'll take the poorly rendered, unrealistically bunched and poorly controlled bunch at the open area identified "Konigsplatz". [8|]

Interesting that these massive infantry battles with tens of thousands were rendered by about 30 dudes onscreen. Looks like this game is dated, if it ever was of interest to serious wargamers. I can't imagine that vassal makes it any better.

No thanks.

Why not? Your "poll" on your newly created thread isn't exactly a paragon of forum virtue, mate.

My goals are to get these shitheads off of here. What are yours? Couldn't give a dang about forum virtue as far as these assholes are concerned.

Well, how's that working out for 'ya?

Your way's been tried and failed. Ridiculing their SPAMed game platform's worth a shot next in my book.

Keep up with the language and you'll get banned for that for guaranteed nil effect, mate.

It's happened before. I'll be happy to suffer a ban if it gets some attention drawn to these pricks.
