DE Starling in DaBigBabes Scen. 28

DE Starling in DaBigBabes Scen. 28

Playing as Allies, I have DE Starling of Black Swan 11/1944 class in the Aden port at the start of the grand campaign. Is this a bug? Availibility of this class is 11/1944. DE Starling doesn't arrive as reinforcement ship later on. Should I park her for three years in Aden?

Probably just an error. DE Starling was commissioned in 1 April 1943.
