Multi-player RESULTS Question

A friend and I each got the game a month ago and have completed several multi-player battles.
However, I have been surprised and disappointed that it seems the system does not really Save Battle information or keep a record of a player's history. I play a few other online games, like Spectromancer and it records all my wins, losses, etc. P.C. does not seem to do that. In fact, the Results Tab is practically useless. After a week or two, the old Results disappear and there is no cumulative Won-Loss Record kept.

Is this correct or am I missing something? If that is the case, are there any plans to change this and keep Battle Records? This would seem a very good feature to have.

Completed games disappear after about a monht. Having a more permanent record of games is on the wish list.
