as axis I cannot dow on belgium, netherlands lux, games wants me to declare war on allience leader, BUT, i am already at war with France and England???

thanks.. as a work around I loaded the german august start campeign and headed west.. interesting and good seeing poles attempt to harass my lines! bravo
will place file and report back later with results

report of fix.. worked well, although I am several weeks into my "west" gc and liking the results of attacking non prepared counties
