war with USSR

I have played TOF twice up to 41 and both times Russia has declared war on me and I did not know it. In a future patch it would be nice to include a player notice that an country has declared war on you. Just wondering does Russia declare war on germany when you strat placing troops in Poland in 1940?

There are couple of cases where the USSR declares war on Germany.
