Is harpoon up to date time wize?

Have not played any harpoon since well 90s.  Harpoon 3 I believe.  Just wondering how up to date the weapons and platforms are?  They still 90s and 80s technology or are we up to 2011 now in game?

And can we still set up land fortifications and air defenses in our own home built scenarios?  And airfoce stuff?

Yes, there are current databases for both HC and H3 that have platforms up to and in some cases beyond current equipment. 

You also can still edit scenarios to your heart's content.

And you can edit the databases of both games too. So, if there is something you don't see, or something you'd like to tweak, you can either suggest it to an existing 'DB nut' or edit it to suit yourself. [:)]

The PlayersDB has units included up to 2011 as well as platforms expected to appear in the near future.

Harpoon3.6.3 users can get the Complete PlayersDB Harpoon 3.6.3 Library
Harpoon ANW users can get the Complete PlayersDB Harpoon ANW Library
Harpoon HUE users can get the Complete PlayersDB Harpoon HUE Library

If you were able to set up land fortifications and air defenses before, you should still be able to do the same with the current HUE v3.10 of the game.
