A Campaign question

Post by Bruno B »

Manual is rather brief about the campaign solo games, so I have a little question. I played 8 scenarios in the German campaign, with various level of success. Now I have a 89 % level of success playing 8 out of 9 scenarios. If I read the manual correctly, I should have a victory level good enough to go ahead (won all the previous scenarios) but the game program gives me a "campaign over" message with 8 out of 9 scenarios played.

What this means? I am not good enough to play the 9th scenario and I was stopped? Or what?

I apologise in advance [&o] if the question is answered in a full evident manual paragraph, but I haven't found it. Please give me some advice. Thank you very much.

IIRC you must have a brilliant victory at Stalingrad to unlock all the campaign scenarios.

I think it has something to do with my prestige level (dropped below same minimum level?) but I didn't find it in the rulebook.

Ok, got it. In Stalingrad I needed brilliant victory to get (after Astrakhan) Kuibyshev scenario.
Thanks for the insight. Problem solved.
