Theme Music from DW used as background music in Gamespot Best of 2011 Video!

In "GameSpot's Best of 2011 Special Achievements" video I was surprised to hear this. Is this music a public domain piece, or is someone over at gamespot a DW fan, hmmm...?

Sometimes the music reminds me Wagner ... so it certainly deserves an award at gamespot

I honestly don't like Gamespot at all nowadays. They have shot themselves in the leg way too many times to be credible. Forza 4 video review was my last drop in the cup already full. That was painful to watch for me.

Speaking about music, Legends musics are quite good! Boldstroke at 2:30 reminds me A LOT of miyazakis films. I love them a lot, especially Princess Mononoke and Porco Rosso (Crimson Pig).

I has already been noted that the DW music can be heard other places, other games among them. IIRC, this is because the music can indeed be used free of royalty charges.
