Beta Request (using 1108.r5e)

Post by jeffk3510 »

I have had a couple of suggestions that I am just getting around to asking about.

Sub Patrols...(any ship patrol for that matter I guess)

When you go to select patrol or waypoints (1,2,3) after you set each waypoint, when you go to chose the next one, it takes you back to the ship/sub's current location. Very annoying in my opinion.....especially if your patrol area is far away from your ship's location...

My suggestion would be, that after the first waypoint has been selected, I am going to make a waypoint very close to that... why cant the screen automatically jump to the previous waypoint for me to make my selection instead of back to the ship's current location. It would save a lot of scrolling time....and headache.. does that make any sense at all? If I need to explain more, please let me know. Also, anytime you go to alter the route, it would jump to the location of the waypoint you select that you're going to change...

LCU Info Screen Enhancement

Would it be possible to add the following into the LCU snapshot of a base... I have posted a screenshot below...

My suggestions are in blue, and the arrows in white would be shifting that info to the left to be able to include this information....

The letters are as follows:
E - Experience
M - Morale
D - Disruption
F - Fatigue

It would be just a quick glance to look at units (It would look very similar when you select an airfield...).. and you could sort these columns of course....

If I need to explain more, just ask.

Thanks.

Yeah - but I'm guessing it's harder to program than you'd think ...

Wow, I feel like an idiot, didn't even notice it.

I was also going to ask about having right click go backwards and left click go fowards on everything....Taskforce fueling, taskforce speed... etc..

I still think the sub request would be a huge upgrade... not sure about how easy that is to do..
