Replacements

I know that planes refuel at airfields. Do naval units have to be refueled at ports? Also, are air units and naval units eligible for replacements?

I've never refueled a ship, but for ammo you do have to be inside a port hex (or maybe adjacent?).
If a plane is directly on/above a airstrip you can use replacements. As for ships I really don't know.

I believe the ship needs to be in port to get replacement but i never use it

Yes ships needs to be in a port to get replacements, but unless memory serves me incorrect, they will only gain one strength point per reinforce, so not really worth it.

The only naval unit you will need to re-supply is the corvette. It only has 2 ammo. It is automatically re-supplied when in a friendly port.
