Russian Production

Post by Numdydar »

Issue or bug I am not sure.

It is 9/41 and I have been at war with Russia since 4/40. Moscow and Stalingrad have fallen and Leningrad is within a few weeks of falling as well. So Russia is being overrun, yet Russia has produced 33 subs and 8 crusiers [&:]. 33 subs? Really?

I have no idea if this is WAD but thought you should know in case it is not.

How did you know they have produced such amount of subs?

IIRC they have got almost 30 subs at the beginning of GC, so 33 two years later is not so many.

I looked at them [:)]. They had 30 subs in 39 in the ETO? Had no idea they had so many. Hence my question above [:D]

Umm.. looks like we need to reduce the affectivity of German units more in 1940 if they are at war with Russia.

For clarity, could you please restate that without using the word "affectivity"?

The war started due to the bug with Russia declaring war on Rumania causing a war with Germanay in 1940. I certainly did NOT have any intentions of going to war with Russia in 1940 [:)]

If there is an increase in German effectiveness in the first turns of a Russo-German war, then that should only apply in 1941 imho. 1940, Germany was no where near ready so should not get any boost and by 1942, the Russians were much better prepared so any German bonuses should be reduced or eliminated.
