DW Will not start

Hi.
I recently got new system and installed the game their. It wont launch.

OS:Windows7 64 bit
I have installed the game not on SSD C: drive which is used exclusive for operating system
but in D: drive which is conventional hard drive.

My vista 32 bit machine was able to run the game fine.

I've manually installed 1706 patch since auto installer failed.
Also gave me same issue. It won't launch the game.
I've tried from both the auto run game menu and game icon click in the game folder.
Tried vista compatibility too.

Additional Infos:
IE 32 64 works on both. Win Media Center/Player Works.
Tried install on desktop too. Not working neither.

I got it work...

After some struggle[:(][:(], I've let the game installer install 3.5 dotnet framke work and
directX 9 although I had already 4.0 and X11.

Then Voila, it works.
Got some struggle at each install. Guess my copy doesn't really like me ha ha.

Yes, it was likely a missing or incomplete installation for .Net 3.5 or DirectX 9.0
