I don't, but you might want to try eBay. I've read on these boards people buying copies there.

In the review link gmenfan posted, there is a "buy me" link to chips & bits for MCLV and MCWT. Buy'em now if you can, you will have NO regrets.

It says they are out of stock. Kind of stupid to review a game that is no longer for sale. But, I guess any publicity is good publicity.
