Scenarios with few units - recommendation, please

Hi,

I have purchased Harpoon, and I currently reading the rules and playing the tutorial scenarios.

I would like to play scenarios well balanced and with a few units for H3 ANW (like the Battle of River Plate in WW2). Any recommendation?
