Where can I see this stat and do they add to the Ger manpower pool ???
WITE is a good addiction with no cure.

Should be in the production screen. I believe 8% of captured Russians become Hiwis - so they do add to the manpower available to zee Germans.

They have their own manpower pool - but replace Jerries in support + labour squads, so increase available G manpower pool for combat units indirectly.
