At the start of a turn, how do you gas up German units low on fuel ??? I can easily do it at the end of a turn, but not at the start. Also how do you supply ammo only ????
WITE is a good addiction with no cure.

Ammo is broken out from the general supply so there is no way to supply just ammo.
I can't see why there would be a problem supplying fuel at the start of the turn if you can do it at the end of the turn. But as far as I know, the extra gas will not provide the unit with more movement points during the current turn, if that is what you're looking for.
