AGS: 5 units cut off and a infantry breakthrough north of Kharkov. 1st PG HQed up 2 corp that will be sweeping south through this hole next turn to roll up south to Rostov.

Over all the Russian lines seem to be cracking in many locations.

AGN: Leningrad cut off. 17 units cut off there. I bomb port closed next turn to cut off supplies.
AGN+AGC: the 30 unit pocket gets opened by one hex, but 8421 keeps throwing good money after bad and I make a solid 30 unit pocket PLUS pocket another 19 that came to save the day.
I throw in all of 1st PG into the push and move to with in 7 hexes of Moscow.

I finally reduce the first large pocket I had and 12 more infantry divisions are back at the front.

AGS: has 7 units pocketed in small pockets.

73 infantry units are cut off at this time. If he keeps throwing good money after bad I have more then 100 next turn.

I could easly wait until November to kill them, which would be the end of 8421.
I might not have a choose, I am sure I will not beable to kill them all off by turn 18 anyways.

Does he have any kind of screen on strong terrain behind the front lines that your armor is having to contend with (ZOC), or are you running wild like it's still June once you crack the front?

In my current server game my opponent is stalled in the mud, but I'm wondering if he'll do the hot knife / butter routine on me once the snows fall.  We're playing random weather (which has already worked out for both of us), so he can't plan with certainty, but it's now 10/30 and I'm thinking I may have to give him some more terrain to avoid a nasty surprise like that.  TOE on most of my army is over 70%, with probably 80% over 80%.  I've got some decent entrenchments as well due to his southern diversion buying me time, but I can't really judge what his snow CVs will look like compared to mine.

So out of your 12 - 1 - 1 how many of those were against noobs?  This opponent, no offense to him, seems to have a lot to learn when playing the Soviets.  That is normal for newer players.   Unless something changes, I'm not sure what the value of this game will be to you?  If it's just about winning then maybe, but personally I prefer a challenge.   Your opponent hopefully will learn a lot, but what he learns will probably be too late to save him in this game.   Guess we'll see.

So out of your 12 - 1 - 1 how many of those were against noobs?  This opponent, no offense to him, seems to have a lot to learn when playing the Soviets.  That is normal for newer players.   Unless something changes, I'm not sure what the value of this game will be to you?  If it's just about winning then maybe, but personally I prefer a challenge.   Your opponent hopefully will learn a lot, but what he learns will probably be too late to save him in this game.   Guess we'll see.

8421 is better then 2 out of 3 Russian players beleive it or not. Most Russians just are plain bad. I think because of the fact there are so few good German players, so their tactics that work before can easly be over came. 8421 is changing things up and he uses allot of cav, so I am expecting a very nasty blizzard if hes 1/2 as good as TDV.

Most Russian players have no idea at all the tools they have in their tool kits for blizzards, thankfully.

AGN: 18 units cut off. Back door hex was cleard out, but I had no units to move into it. Should be NP clearing next turn with no fort there. 2 mech units are on way.

Total: 78 units cut off.

8421 does a good job every turn reopening the huge pocket, but the next turn the pocket gets bigger and stronger.
3 guards divisions are now in the pocket.
I have 2 mech and 8 more infantry divisions getting to pocket.
