IronMan Japan v3 1108r6e IJN BattleCanoes

The IJN is sending 18.1 inch gun armed BattleCanoes up river to Palembang again.

I thought this got fixed a while back after the last time I reported it [&:]

AI setting of a destination does not always check that the TF can go up-stream. It tries but to completely do so could off-balance the AI balance.

Since I'm playing a scenario that gives the AI beefed up capabilities to make it a more viable opponent anyway I don't see the harm in allowing it this capability as well.

You have done and continue to do a superb job of fixing the bugs we provide feedback on and I am certaintly not going to beat you up over something that isn't fixable without breaking something else.
