Ghost air group arrival [NO DOCUP]

On 7 Apr 42(order phase) i have withdraw Yamada Det S-1 navy fighter group.
He should return in Apr as Kanoya Ku S-1 . And he did.
On Apr 7 he arrive in Bangkok.

Problem is that on 8 Apr i have information about A6M2 replacments in Tokyo. When i check groups in Tokyo i found Kanoya Ku S-1/1 group.

Group in permanently restricted. He has no size and cant be upgraded to any plane model.
He also take replacement of planes and now original group need to wait 7 days until he take replacements.

Do Kanoya Ku S-1/1 should arrive also or i found bug.

EDIT: 22nd Air Flotilla is unrestricted HQ

EDIT2: maybe if i wait when planes repair i will have ability to rebuild squadron? I am sending original group to Tokyo. I will try to rebuild it. At lest i can try.

If your air group have replacements on but there's not enough supplies to draw replacement planes, replacement group arrive Tokyo. It's sometimes PITA. You can wait planes to repair and fly them away, you can ship them, or you can disband the group and try to get new replacement planes one week later. Latest is usually the fastest way to get new planes...

This also happens with the AVG if it is deployed in Burma or North India and the supply line to China is cut off.

A replacement squadron of H81A3 planes appears in Chunking.
